I’m not just saying that…I really did!

I was reading an article in Harvard Business Review and just knew you would be interested in it, too!

The article talks about the five stages of small business growth. These are:
1. Existence,
2. Survival,
3. Success
a. – Disengage
b. – Growth,
4. Take-off
5. Resource Maturity.

I found it a valuable categorization of the stages through which companies grow especially the insight at the success stage there is a choice between pushing on for further growth or stepping back to pursue other interests.
