I was talking to a new contact I met networking this week on LinkedIn, who works with Micro SME businesses. He commented that most of his clients struggle to have a plan for the next week or next month and the idea of planning 3-5 years in advance is pretty much unthinkable. In short, his clients simply muddle along from week to week or as I call it, ‘the hit and hope’.
- Is this practice of muddling along a fair reflection of how you run your business?
- Could you conceive of a more organised approach?
I have written a guide to help and encourage business owners to develop a more organised approach to planning within their business.
If you are more of a ‘go with the flow’ or a ‘flying by the seat of your pants’ worker a more structured approach can seem like a daunting prospect, especially if you don’t know where to start.
Knowing how and where to start is half the battle, and with that I can help you!
I help you create your own plan, that you can have confidence in and will be able to be confidently and enthusiastically committed to its delivery.
